Special Mystery Issue launched!
Dear Readers:
The Journal of the Canadian Association for Curriculum Studies has just published a new issue, Vol. 22, No. 1 (2025), at https://jcacs.journals.yorku.ca/index.php/jcacs
This is a special issue on the theme of “mystery, world and curriculum”. In this issue, eleven curriculum scholars offer their thoughts on the nature of mystery and its place in the curriculum. All encounter mystery as a profoundly existential phenomenon, and they all share their experiences and insights, as well as their propositions for the opening of curriculum to mystery.
We hope that this issue may prompt you to reflect on your beliefs and consider how they affect your views of knowledge and curriculum.
Please enjoy and share widely.
Thank you for your continuing interest in Canadian curriculum studies!
